The Barcycle is a pedal-powered party on wheels! It is rented out for special occasions like birthday parties, bachelorette parties, corporate outings...or just a fun day out with friends! Each tour is 2 hours long and The Barcycle requires a minimum of 8 riders and a maximum of 15. 

Rates start at $42 per person for a two-hour tour and go down with the more people you book.  A full Barcycle Private Tour with 15 riders costs $495 (if booked by one person on one credit card). 

You can either book all 15 seats at a reduced price per seat or click on the "Private Event" button at the time of booking. Either way, to keep the event private...you will be paying for all 15 seats. We just require you to have a minimum of 8 people in your group

We provide a 15-passenger Barcycle with an on-board cooler. We also provide one licensed and trained Barcycle driver.

1. ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS IS ALLOWED
2. Beer, wine and canned seltzer only- NO HARD LIQUOR ALLOWED. 
3. Beer, wine and canned seltzer must be in original, unopened packaging, 12 pack, case, etc.  No loose cans allowed.  
4. Each rider may consume a total of 3 standard (12 oz.) cans of beer or cups of wine while on board during the tour.   
5. Once packaging is opened and beer/wine/seltzer is put into our cooler it can no longer be taken off The Barcycle

• DO NOT BRING MORE THAN 3 DRINKS PER PERSON
• Any beer/wine/seltzer left at the end of the tour CANNOT BE TAKEN with.  Once packaging is opened you will not be allowed to leave with loose cans.  

Due to the pandemic and establishment reopening statuses unknown, we cannot provide food and drink discounts assurances at any of the establishments along our routes...at this time  With recent changes to all businesses we aren't sure who will be participating (or is still open) at this time.  We will update the site as business stabilizes.

The Barcycle always has a Bluetooth speaker on board. You can bring a phone with a playlist and connect...but we'll control the volume and ensure we are respectful of our neighbors! 

Unfortunately, all riders must be a minimum of 21 years old to participate.  There are no exceptions, i.e. with a parent, not drinking, etc.

Booking is completed online only at the “Book Now” tab/page on our website. Payment in full is due at the time of booking and is the only way to reserve your Barcycle tour. We don't hold or reserve any spots without full payment.

Routes are detailed on our ROUTES PAGE We have several routes and drink specials with some of the bars on our route.  The starting and ending location of your tour depends on the route you choose. 

Gratuity and Tips are NOT included in the price of your tour. If you have a great time and your driver helped make your trip special... Please tip accordingly.

All tours go forward rain or shine and inside of 30 days the tour can't be changed, postponed, or cancelled.
