Bar/ Restaurant Stops & Specials
We average making 3 stops during a two-hour Barcycle tour...but that depends on your group, how long they take to eat, drink, use the restroom, pay their bill...etc.
Food and drink specials may be in place for Barcycle riders at some of our stops. Your Barcycle ride can take you along the eclectic spots on Main St in Santa Monica and Venice Beach, down near the ocean, and/or Abbott Kinney
Rules/Restrictions
California State regulations allowing alcohol require us to have an additional person on board to "Monitor" alcohol consumption.
For BYOB tours, we'll provide the ice and cooler....you bring the beer, wine, canned seltzer...but the following conditions apply:
- Must be in original packaging, as bought from the store. No open packages allowed.
- No glass is allowed on board at any time, including wine bottles, cans, plastic, or soft packaging only.
- Riders are only allowed to consume three (3) standard size beers, seltzers, or cups of wine per two hour tour---Don't bring more than that for the entire group, BECAUSE...
- Any leftover beer cannot be taken off the bike with you.
Once the store bought packaging is opened the loose cans/containers may not leave the Barcycle
Pricing
$42 per person up to 10 passengers, for 11-14 passengers it is $39 per person and it averages $33 per person if you book all 15 seats...or select a private event (you must pay for all seats to make an event private).
To book the entire Barcycle, either reserve all if seats or click the "Private Event" Box....if it is available, and the reduced per person amount will be applied but must be paid all on one credit card
Number of Riders
From 1-15 people can book one of our tours for $42 per person. Tours must have a minimum of 8 riders in order to go on as scheduled. If you book individual seats you may be combined with other groups.
Although the Denver regulations allow for 16 riders on the Barcycle, only 15 are allowed in California, by State law regulating Bike Bars and similar vehicles.
Times Available
Tours are generally available starting at 10 or 11am (depending on the day) and our last tours start around 9pm and must be off the road by 11pm
